When you speak with your Homeowner insurance agent, ask them to include Silver Lake Homeowners Association. PO Box 831, Orland Park, IL, 60462, as an additional named insured on the Policy. The Insurance Company will automatically send the HOA Compliance officer a copy of your declaration.  This will help eliminate a late fine, phone calls or emails, plus no work on your part every year because the insurance company will mail the Insurance declaration to the HOA for you.
