To ensure the safety of our community, we are implementing a new policy regarding the use of charcoal grills. New residents will be prohibited from using charcoal grills on patios and decks. Starting in 2026, this rule will also apply to all current unit owners. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
